This design incorporates many active and passive energy techniques in order to maximize energy extraction from the local environment. Wind, Solar, Water are harvested through a Central Thermal Core which collects and distributes the energy to specified locations based on occupancy of the building.

Using recycled and local materials along with choosing a site that promotes non-carbon modes of transportation all contibute to the buildings impact on the environment.
